Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ravshanov Normakhmad was born on January 14, 1954, in Samarkand region. He is a leading scientist with more than 44 years of scientific and practical experience in mathematical modeling, informatization, and information and communication technologies. Since December 2021, as Advisor to the Director on Science and Chairman of the Scientific Council at the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence, he has contributed to developing the institute's scientific directions, expanding academic cooperation, and strengthening the potential of young researchers.
