Doctor of Technical Sciences (2019), professor. She graduated from the Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute in 1994 and completed postgraduate study at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan in 1998. She worked as a researcher and senior researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics (1998–2012), then as a senior researcher, leading researcher, and laboratory head at the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence (2012–2022). Since 2021, she has been a senior researcher at that institute and professor at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. L. Sulyukova conducts research in systems analysis and control, modeling of complex technological systems, optimal control, digital twins, and decision-support methods. She developed mathematical and simulation models of technological systems and digital-design algorithms for high-precision machining processes. She is the author of more than 90 scientific works, 1 monograph, several study guides, and 6 software certificates. She is deputy chair of a dissertation council awarding academic degrees at the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence and a member of a dissertation council at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. She teaches Digital Measurement Data Processing and Transmission Systems, Discrete Structures, Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Metrology. Under her supervision, 1 PhD in technical sciences has been trained; she currently supervises 3 PhD researchers and 1 DSc applicant.
