Ismailov Mirkhalil Agzamovich

Doctor of Technical Sciences (1991), professor (1994). He graduated from Tashkent Polytechnic Institute in 1970. He worked as an engineer, postgraduate student, junior researcher, and senior researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics with a Computing Center of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan (1970–1992); head of a department at Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology (1993–1995); leading researcher, chief researcher, laboratory head, and scientific secretary at the Institute of Cybernetics under the Scientific and Technical Center “Modern Information Technologies” (1998–2012); and chief researcher at the Scientific-Innovation Center of Information and Communication Technologies under TUIT (2012–2017). Since 2022, he has been a professor at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. M. Ismailov developed mathematical models, algorithms, software, and technical tools for automated control systems of biotechnology-based industrial facilities. He has been engaged in teaching in higher education since 1979. He is the author of 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, 3 study guides, teaching-methodological materials, more than 40 software certificates, and more than 200 scientific works in total. He trained 2 Doctors of Science and 18 Candidates of Science and PhD researchers in technical sciences.
