Kabiljanov Aleksandr Sabitovich

Candidate of Technical Sciences (1987), associate professor. He graduated from Tashkent Polytechnic Institute in 1977. From 1977 to 1986 he worked as a researcher at the “Cybernetics” Research and Production Association of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. From 1986 to 2004 he was an associate professor at the Department of Computer Systems and Networks of Tashkent Pediatric Institute; from 2004 to 2008, an associate professor at the corresponding department of TUIT; and from 2008 to 2021, head of the “Intelligent Control Systems” Laboratory at the Center for Development of Software Products and Hardware-Software Complexes. Since 2021, he has been an associate professor at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. He conducted research on modeling and algorithmization of biotechnological-process control, multi-criteria optimization of complex processes, intelligent forecasting of dynamic processes, and the development of intelligent control systems in agriculture and water management. In 1987 he defended a Candidate of Sciences dissertation on the development and practical application of algorithmic tools for modeling and controlling a class of biotechnological processes. He is the author of 2 inventor’s certificates, 17 certificates for computer programs, 19 textbooks and study guides, and 62 scientific articles. Under his scientific supervision, 2 Candidates of Technical Sciences were trained in “Systems Control and Automation”.
