Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor. She graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in Russia in 1966 and began working at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan in the same year. From 1979 she headed a laboratory at that institute. Since 2008 she has served as head of a department at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. After completing postgraduate study, she defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation in 1974 on “Algorithms for Describing Complex Images” and her doctoral dissertation in 1986 on “Methods for Modeling and Controlling Biotechnical Systems.” She is the author of more than 140 scientific articles and 3 monographs. Over the last three years referenced in the book, her works were cited 123 times. She is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Applied Nanotechnology Research. Under F. Adilova’s leadership, 6 NATO grants, European Union FP7 projects, a Swiss SCOPES grant, and other international projects were implemented, with a total value exceeding USD 800,000. She presented scientific reports at 33 international conferences. Under her supervision, 10 Candidates of Science in cybernetics and 2 Doctors of Science in cardiology were trained; one doctoral researcher in artificial intelligence is currently being trained. In 2020, she was awarded the “Mehnat Shuhrati” (“Labor Glory”) Order of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
