The state symbols of Uzbekistan embody the glory, historical memory and aspirations of our people, and inspire pride, honor and a sense of dignity in every citizen living in this country. In particular, 18 November 1991—the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Flag”—left an indelible mark on our country’s history.
