Researchers at the Wexner Medical Center in Ohio tested the “Copilot” program.
The program was tested for three months in areas such as primary care, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology. During the trial, which involved 24 doctors, the program achieved 80% accuracy and saved them up to four minutes.
“The artificial intelligence program we tested can talk with patients, review their medical records, and provide recommendations regarding examinations,” said researcher Ravi Tripathi.
