Researchers at the University of Cambridge have developed an additional assistive finger.
This technology helps patients who have lost a finger as a result of an accident to perform complex tasks.
The research group tested this assistive finger on people aged 3 to 96 years. As a result, 98% of users successfully managed objects using this technology.
According to researcher Tamar Makin, this research will serve to open up new opportunities in the field of technology in the future.
