The first session of the forum is attended by O. Pekos, First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies; Grigoriy Borisenko, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; Ali Abbasov, Director General of the Institute of Control Systems under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Aleksandr Kraynov, Director of AI Technology Development at Yandex; as well as leading specialists, experts, industry leaders, and representatives of IT companies.

The session is discussing successful experience in shaping and implementing government policy on artificial intelligence, current results, and promising plans as part of the digital transformation.
