The UN Public Service Forum (UNPSF 2025) is taking place in Samarkand. The forum is dedicated to the theme “Five Years to 2030: Accelerating Public Service Delivery for a Sustainable Future.”

The forum has brought together ministers and heads of public service authorities from Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, including from small countries such as Samoa and Bhutan. The event is also attended by representatives of international and regional organizations, academia, civil society, the private sector and innovation leaders.

In particular, the team from the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence is actively participating in the forum.

The forum also featured plenary sessions, thematic discussions, a strategic dialogue and presentations of best practices. The Samarkand Ministerial Declaration was also discussed; it is aimed at strengthening international cooperation, particularly the exchange of experience among developing countries, and promoting equal and fair access to public services.

It should be noted that the forum is an important step in coordinating international efforts to modernize public administration and ensure the effective delivery of services to citizens.
