The first day of the forum “Developing Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Commonwealth of Independent States” hosted by Samarkand has come to an end.
As part of the international forum:
- National strategies and initiatives in artificial intelligence: the experience of CIS countries and future priorities;
- The use of artificial intelligence in the financial sector: the transformation of banking services, fintech development, and improving economic resilience;
- The role of artificial intelligence in transforming the education system, developing human capital, and addressing social challenges;
- Shaping the artificial intelligence products market: from experiments to sustainable business models. Panel sessions on these topics were held.
Employees of the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence also took part in the forum.
The forum featured extensive discussion of the role of artificial intelligence in public policy, finance, education, and business. The AI strategies of CIS countries and their future priorities were reviewed. The role of artificial intelligence in improving the efficiency of financial services and its contribution to economic resilience were highlighted. Its role in modernizing the education system, developing human capital, and reducing social inequality was also illustrated with practical examples.
